      Flexibility in work life balance.

      - Most employees are paid less than market value. - Unclear prioritization of work. - Difficult to see projects through to completion due to constantly changing priorities. - Regular restructuring of the organization around business objectives that are never met.

      The work has been pretty steady

      Cons

      Poor management, a lot of favoritism and bonuses tend to go to favorites as well. Seems that the HR team is close friends with management and any complaints get tossed away.
