      Great people to work with Work-life balance

      Low pay compared to industry standard As long as I have been there, they keep reorganizing the structure. They don't seem to have a real direction for the company. Most recently, this resulted in 1k employees losing their jobs

      Pros

      At the team level, I was able to pick up new technical skills and develop relationships with my coworkers.

      Cons

      The upper management needs to figure out what the vision is and where it's going. I don't really appreciate how they announced 1000 layoffs without a second thought.

      Leadership is completely inept at everything, very behind the times in terms of technology, lip service when it comes to promotions with no real opportunities, try to use "events" in lieu of real benefits
