      Hard working teams, great people.

      Cons

      The company is owned my Thoma Bravo, who is running them into oblivion. Hyland will not be around for much longer. Just look at Thoma Bravo's track record. Expect low pay, and lower morale. After two rounds of significant layoffs, who would ANYONE want to work there?! Everyone left should be working on their resumes and get out ASAP.
