Pros

Somewhat competitive pay, decent working conditions. On site caffeteria is "nice"if you don't get food poisioning from their inability to cook chicken

Cons

Company was purchased by "Thoma Bravo" venture capital firm years back, they've driven it into the ground. Multiple depts now outsourced, anything that made this company an even decent place to work has been stripped for parts and sold at auction.

It used to be a company that cares about you.

Cons

Labeled 2022 layoffs as restructuring, but infact they hired cheaper labor in India, I am having to train my replacement. Pays way under industry average. Decent benefits

Not much anymore. Used to be great before the ceo bowed to the firm that owns them.

Cons

Everything else. Personally I was pulled off salary with out being told by manager. I only found out when my time card wasn’t completed. Management has turned the entire company into a factory of sadness. The second they can get rid of you they will They pump their score up on glass door by having hr reps fill out reviews. Otherwise they would all be one star.
