      Pros

      It's in a nice neighborhood.

      Cons

      Hyland's training program for IT Support Techs was barbaric to say the least. You had to pass a series of tests every couple of weeks, or you were out on your a** if you failed just one test. The sword of Damocles was over the heads of all the trainees. Some people referred to it as a "war of attrition". Some people quit before the training was complete because of the stress, and before they had a chance to be fired. This was back in the mid 2000's. Things may have changed since then.
