Salary reasonable, growth opportunities, nice offices , free parking, flexible hours.

Cons

There is lot of turnover. Lack of organization and communication accros the departments. Environment depends of your manager

Pros

in Hypertec they respect your opinion and they know how to listen. My point of view is always respected, taken into consideration and i feel that i can talk at any time to my manager without any hesitation or restrictions. I appreciate the fact that i'm trusted to do my job without any micro-management. When it comes to my colleagues, we're so different from each other yet i feel that we are so close and our team spirit is amazing.

Cons

I don't like how the eligibility of vacation days is calculated. This might be something to reconsider from management.
