Pros
I saw some bad and some good reviews here but i would try to be neutral in my comments. There is no doubt that the owners, Executive team and the HR's VP cares for their employees. Newly renovated offices, on-site gym, big cafeteria, Always find a place for parking, the location is easily accessible, great diverse force (provides opportunities to everyone), Friendly and family environment which is very hard to find. The biggie is NOT A SINGLE PERSON LOST THEIR JOB DURING COVID times. Great place to start up your career and opportunities to advance your career internally.
Cons
Benefits could be better, Some depts doesn't have well defined process which eventually creates communication mess few times.
