      Great Company To Work For

      Pros

      Employee benefits are great. Scheduling for Salary Exempt schedule is pretty flexible which helps with outside appointments and family. Nice facilities. No layoffs which is great for security.

      Cons

      Random meetings every now and then outside normal working hours.

      This company truly cares about it's associate-owners, and the community.

      None really. Perhaps I would say there are limited office locations, but that is not a criticism.
