Pros

Vacation banked time, if you work overtime you can bank as many hours as you want and take it as vacation. Some people take up tp 40 days of vacation. Great people Nice events by social committee Beer keg and wine kegs on fridays

Cons

Management is bad. They only promote people based on favoritism. Manager can't even say hello to you. It seems like you don't exist. Work is not recognized individually. Some team leads are useless. They are there only because they are friends with a manager, but won't help you. Micromanagement !!! Pay !

Pros

Interesting business. Coworkers from other teams/departments are very nice and friendly.

Cons

Lack of transparency within the company and within the department. Micromanaging within the department. Horrible manager who keeps horrible employees within the team. People are nice and friendly, but that doesn't mean they're great to work with. Senior Management has their own clique. Turnover (firing & resignations) are high. The current team is pretty much all new. Salaries make no sense (ie someone more senior is only paid slightly more than someone more junior).
