      Decent work-life balance compared to some tech sweat shops. People are always willing to help and listen. Technology is interesting and current with industry. Company is growing and is upcoming. Leadership is getting better at communicating. Interesting roles and projects to work on.

      Cons

      Pressure can be intense sometimes. Senior leadership is hired from outside vs promoted from within. Teams need to communicate better.

      Great experience. High engagement with different departments. Good access to content and training. People overall very friendly and happy. Good perks and benefits.

      Cons

      No road map for conversion. Restriction on some IT systems. The environment is a bit more formal than other tech companies. Lack of mentors for someone who is experienced in the company.
