      Pros

      The company is always, growing, refining its products and this gives me a great peace of mind to be with them for the long run! I'm always delighted to see that our leadership is working on making the company better and better as time passes. It's a delight to know that I'm part of a company that is making a great impact in the North American market.

      Cons

      Work can be a bit stressful, but nothing a little vacation won't cure.

      Pros

      I normally don't write reviews, but I read what other people are writing, and it's been opposite of my experience. Company has grown fast which has it's issues. I like the way that people are connected in my team, and we try to have fun at work. The work is also interesting, and I have learned a lot since joining. Nice perks like social events and free drinks and fruit and stuff. I have worked at other technology companies before, so I can compare. I have high hopes that things will continue to improve- I will give the company a 5 now, but I am not afraid to change my rating if things go downhill.

      Cons

      Pay was low, but I am satisfied now- the company has to keep up with what other companies are paying so we don't go below that. Also, the CEO team needs to communicate more. Lots of people complain that the offices are separate in Vancouver. It doesn't bother me, but I guess they should find a space for all of us.

      Pros

      Company is doing well, but that's pretty much it unfortunately. Which isn't even enough for Glassdoor's 20 word requirement, lol

      Cons

      Everything else. For starters, the bulk of the work is done in Vancouver, and we're paid in CAD, so we essentially get paid less than our US colleagues, who get paid more anyway because, well, they're in the US. Top management is all talk. Hardly any perks apart from free snacks and coffee. No training for new employees! Promotions happen to those who are yes-people. Remote working is discouraged. Seriously, in 2016?! Product managers are technically inept yet own all development projects!! Raises are minimal and bonuses are tiny
