I've worked at Hyphen for 4 years now and have seen tremendous growth and change during that time. The product offerings have increased quickly so there is always something new and challenging to work through. Leadership is approachable and eager to hear new ideas. Company has continued to do well despite COVID-19 and was able to quickly adapt to work from home in an efficient and effective manor.

Great people, flexible working environment, pay and medical benefits are well above average for size of company, mix of tenured and new leadership which helps with stability but also brings new ideas and seems to be helping overall communication and direction. New office space is nice bright and clean. Still learning new products and how we sell them but they seem to be great software and give me opportunities to learn new things. Leadership is approachable. Company seems to be doing well through the recent uncertainty.
