Dictatorship Culture where all and every idea comes from the top. You are just there to carry out their instructions.

Team members are encouraged to maximize their potential and grow within the company; management is very supportive of the employees and rewards them with generous compensation and benefits.

Cons

I cannot come up with any cons. I have been with Hyphen for over 20 years and have worked for other companies in my career, but Hyphen is the best employer I have had and cannot imagine working anywhere else.
