Pros

Great company. Very supportive of employees who worked on the road, Did a great job of getting us home whenever possible or needed but....

Cons

Difficult to get any idea when we would get home until the very last minute. Very frustrating for the home front.

Pros

Good Leadership but it did not roll down to lower leadership as long as job got done no matter what.

Cons

Large turnover when the culture was actually experienced first hand. Some good professionals were set up for failure. Poor structure. Little to no communication of expectations. When there was communication, it came from a third party and much of it lost in translation. It seemed that employees were continuously in fear of voicing opinions or expressing better techniques for a more efficient end product.

Pros

As many hours as you can handle. Overtime was part of the job. Working 60 plus hours a week was the norm.

Cons

No work life balance. With all the overtime, there was no room for family time or personal time outside of work.
