Cons

One works in the hot sun all day and it is labor intensive work. Also, there is not work life balance.

The money and what seems unlimited overtime opportunities.

Cons

They treat laborers early on like privates in the military who are going through bootcamp. They yell and criticize when you do something they do not like, but they do not take the time beforehand to teach you the job, they just expect you to know it.
