      There are not many pros to working here.

      Cons

      This was the worst onboarding experience I have ever had. IT is god-awful to work with, and good luck getting any technology to do your job. You'll have to use your personnel equipment for months.

      Pros

      This company has given me every opportunity to grow and advance in position! They are adamant about training and understanding of rolls within every division. They will mentor and give you a first rate experience in the EC world.

      Cons

      Some Managers can be difficult to work with but the overall culture is still a strong base.
