      Pros

      A great opportunity if you’re a hard-working person. If you have poor work ethic walking in, I guarantee you’ll pick up all kinds of good habits that will change your life. The team is fun to work with and they’ll always have your back. As long as you pull your weight and contribute just like everybody else you’ll thrive.

      Cons

      There’s not a lot of communication with the higher ups, at least not on an individual basis.
