      Pros

      A great opportunity if you’re a hard-working person. If you have poor work ethic walking in, I guarantee you’ll pick up all kinds of good habits that will change your life. The team is fun to work with and they’ll always have your back. As long as you pull your weight and contribute just like everybody else you’ll thrive.

      Cons

      There’s not a lot of communication with the higher ups, at least not on an individual basis.

      Couldn't ask for a nicer bunch of folks to work with The work is engaging and their strategies are sound Management and teams listen and are open to new ideas Has a good reputation in the industry

      You see more turn over of employees because this company challenges you and some just want to do the least amount to get by and they see that this is not for them.
