      Pros

      Offers a team environment with an outstanding work culture. Hypower understands what it means to value their staff to cultivate loyalty. Management won’t treat you badly because of your standing in the company. Management treats everyone like team members, and provides equal opportunities to everyone.

      Cons

      Those hours are tough no ifs, ands or buts about it.

      Pros

      The people at Hypower were all-around great people to work with. Out of all the companies I've worked for, none have been such a strong team as Hypower. The benefits were excellent, the employee incentives and recognition were the best of any company I've ever worked for. I would work for Hypower again in a heartbeat!

      Cons

      They expect a lot from their techs but that’s not why I left. My wife and I moved out of state to be closer to family.

      Pros

      Everyone is upbeat and happy. Beats my last job where half the staff walked around like they didn’t want to be there (news flash, they didn’t because that job SUCKED). This is a great place to work and have fun but don’t think you can get by doing the bare minimum. If you work hard you’ll reap the benefits. If you don’t pull your weight don’t be surprised if you have a negative experience.

      Cons

      You can only advance so high before you hit a wall.
