Pros

The company offers some of the best insurance (Medical, Dental, and Vision). While I struggle to write this as a pro, the Hyundai brand name alone is a really good resume block to help you land better jobs.

Cons

Management and HR are very quick to make promises they have no intention of upholding, work-life balance is non-existent, most managers have no technical expertise in their departments or don't show the initiative to try, prepare to wait months at a time for financial reimbursement when it comes to training or travel (often forced on you), if you have any questions or suggestions they are better left unsaid.

Human Resources for the IT Department. Very unprofessional. I was yelled at for looking for an available desk to work at near HR. This woman got so Angry that she started screaming and yelling at me. An extremely racist individual as I have delt with her on many occasions. If you tell your Manager about any such incidence, that was not your fault, he will fire you!
