Light work load. Security policies are hard to implement because the company doesn't want to change. You end up getting paid to do minimal work because they are unable to implement best security policies.

Cons

Has a bad reputation in the local industry security wise. They pretty much stated they wanted to outsource the security team. Only a matter of time before it fails and they try to bring it back in house. They don't take any recommendations seriously. The first response is an automatic "We can't do that." Well if you want to bring your security posture into the 2020's you need to do it.
