Pros
Genuinely nice co-workers, at all levels, and little political manuevering. The firm works with employees when they need flexibility to respond to situations in their personal lives. Entrepreneurial spirit and small office culture with--for an interiors firm--large firm advantages. Depending on who is your manager, there can be phenomenal hands-on training opportunities.
Cons
The downside of being entrepreneurial is that there is little consistency among the offices and there does not appear to be a common vision. By and large, communication is poor at all levels. Expectations are not clear and employees are not held accountable. Standards are inconsistently applied.
