Pros

IA has many offices nationwide which is great for building your network and getting exposure to different markets and teams. IA offers many helpful resources, educational tools, IT/design program support, etc.

Cons

Leadership is toxic and doesn’t know how to set up staff for success. There is a very clear lack in desire to properly teach and train staff to excel or even do well at their jobs. Constant turnover due to burnout.

Pros

Managing directors and studio employees are fantastic. Great benefits. But that doesn't compensate for the horrible morale and hostile environment in the corporate departments

Cons

Hostile environment. Human resources obviously doesn't care about hostility from corporate employees. No growth. Made decisions not numbers based off numbers and reports but popularity

Cons

Poor design management, discriminatory comments were made regarding the ethnicity of my neighborhood and family status. Even though the firm as a whole has good values, employees in upper management positions do not hold true to the firms principals and behave inappropriately.
