      Flexible schedule. Great team with a positive leader. Good life balance. Ample opportunities to learn and grow.

      Cons

      The open office environment can sometimes make it hard to concentrate on your work, but usually people are respectful when it comes to noise levels.

      Pros

      Hard work is balanced with fun and games. Management is dedicated to growing younger staff and offering opportunities to learn and grow in a supportive environment. Top tier IT systems and software, and leaders in VR and BIM tools.

      Cons

      Some teams are more dysfunctional than others. In general, the cons here are those found in any architecture firm - demanding clients, deadlines, and the stress inherent in realizing beautiful design solutions in a competitive economy.

      Pros

      First and foremost, the professionals at IA are terrific! Lots of cross office knowledge sharing and interaction. The quality of the design and clients is best in class. The recent change in leadership was seamless and the new CEOs seem to be making communication a priority across the entire platform. The benefits are industry comparable with the ESOP being a strong bonus. The firm's leadership really tries hard to create a culture where work/life balance is a priority, which can be challenging in a deadline oriented industry such as design and architecture.

      Cons

      Really don't have any cons. Overall this is a terrific place to pursue a career!
