Decent projects. Great staff to work with.

Cons

Extremely volatile - Lack of planning leads to constant hiring and layoffs. Unfair to staff. No diversification - Heavy reliance on 1 client and project type. Design is growing stale with that client. Too top heavy - No one in "leadership" pulls their weight. More interested in telling stories than listening to staff. Way too much overhead.
