Pros

20-25 staff, nice office in Clerkenwell. MD and leadership team are good people, trustworthy. Part of a larger global company with an impressive client list, and many projects across the EMEA.

Cons

Change of office leadership last year is still in progress - generally very positive but still some structure to put in place.

Flexibility, Great atmosphere, chance for personal growth, bonuses are that bad either (depending on the office income for the year)

Cons

it is how you make it, kind of the pay (but that can always be up for discussion, just depends on you)

Pros

Great people to work with. Younger group of designers but still a lot of experience in the office. Summer fridays all year round is a plus. Employee stock ownership plan is also good.

Cons

Management. Internal staffing needs... and contracts / fee!
