Pros

I love the people and the culture. People care about each other. I experience flexibility in my schedule and able to have a good work life balance - which I think should be everyone's priority. We deliver great projects for awesome clients! The management and leadership varies from one office to another, but generally very good.

Cons

I honestly haven't experienced anything noticeably bad about the company. Perhaps the amount of work to do in my job but that's why it's called 'work'!

Pros

Opportunity to advance your career depending on amount of responsibility desired and project manger. On the cutting edge of VR technology and use of BIM to inform design and process. Clients many would considerable desirable.

Cons

Very poor communication between upper management and the rest of the staff. Project managers routinely overstaff their employees and hold teams to unrealistic schedules. PMs demonstrate a lack of understanding of process which results in frequent fire drills. Very biased on who has opportunities to work remotely - huge priority is given to employees with families. Upper management does not understand younger generations and has made repeated comments about entitlent that could be considered offensive. Unable to address conflict and hold employees accountable for poor performance and also unwilling to reward/promote those who exceed expectations. Gives promotions with no raise! Promotes the wrong people.
