Pros

IA is a firm that not only works to please their clients but VERY focused to keep their employees happy. Benefits and perks are like most companies in this industry plus more. The company is constantly growing in staff and business which of course is good for all. Busy and overwhelmed at times, but hey business = a successful company. A successful company, such as IA means more perks and verbal confidence from superiors and management.

Cons

I've only been with the NY firm for a little less than a year I do not have much complaints. The only thing would be better communication with all departments of the staff.

Pros

IA has talented staff and attracts some good clients/projects. They are ready for growth and can compete with much larger organizations. For the most part they let their employees stretch their creative skills and utilize people outside of their specific job. They pay fair market value for compensation and rewards high performers with good bonuses.

Cons

The Executive Team should shift their focus from individual offices to the organization as a whole. They need to improve their communication with the staff and develop their more senior staff on management skills. There are some that are really good with the business side of their job but some lack in the employee development or management part.
