Thank you for sharing this thoughtful feedback. I agree that an employee's experience will, in some cases, depend on the department they work for, but it's my clear expectation that all employees be treated with the same level of respect. That's why our IAT Values are in place. From what you describe, it is obvious that there was a shortcoming in fulfilling that promise. To me, our Values are more than just a standard, they serve as the guiding principles of our company and the core of everything we do. Our managers are fully aware that I do not condone the behaviors described, and I do my best to remind our managers of that as often as I can. Based on your feedback, it appears some form of action was taken to rectify the situation. Again, I appreciate you bringing this to my attention.
