      Great PTO, Good Insurance, great work life balance, Being acknowledged for working hard. Good Compensation. Company is very open and honest, we get updates regularly from the CEO.

      I said Good insurance, could be better, but it is still better than most.

      Pros

      IAT truly appreciates its employees. I feel that the company goes above and beyond to be understanding, inclusive, open and honest whether dealing with social issues, COVID, or general business concerns. Managers and the Executive team are open to input and ideas from everyone.

      Cons

      We have some ongoing systems issues, but that is to be expected with the development of niches we have seen, as well as growth we have experienced. There are plans in place to remedy those issues, and I believe they will be successful.
