This is by far the best company that I have ever worked for. I love everything about it! The people and benefits make this company extra special. Our CEO is absolutely amazing and goes above and beyond for every employee. Our CCO is fantastic! She is a great role model and leader! I am honored to work at IAT and feel extremely lucky to to be a part of the IAT Family!

The company is steadily growing and it does a great job of including employees in it's efforts. The CEO is very transparent, authentic and open minded.

Cons

Technology is steadily improving and I am excited to see the upgrades.
