Pros

It's been said you really don't know about the company you work for until there's a catastrophic event. With that said IAT's leadership team has made sure all employees are valued in addition to taken the appropriate steps necessary to prevent lay offs during the COVID-19 epidemic. IAT is an extremely well run company. IAT has also taken steps to improve it's technology to stay ahead of the curve.

Cons

No company wide work from home policy.

The culture and team atmosphere is the absolute best! I have never had a company care or listen to their employees as well as IAT. The benefits are just another cherry on the top! The opportunity for growth and development are outstanding!
