Everyone from the top down cares about you, great benefits, we hire talented people, everyone is positive, and we offer great products and services.

Cons

Cant think of any. We are open longer hours than most financial institutions but that is best for members.

Pros

Everyone is positive and uplifting. The management truly cares about their employees. And there are numerous ways to grow within the company. They help you set goals and reach them. The benefits are great!

Cons

The only disadvantage is if you want to live outside of Idaho, you would have to leave this amazing place.

Pros

Idaho Central has been a great company to work for. Overall, the culture has been fantastic and I have learned so much over my career. The benefits are incomparable to other companies and overall, they hire fantastic talent.

Cons

As ICCU has grown, I feel like the culture has changed. Maybe I’m not suited for a large-scale company, but the focus has been a little less on the people and a little more on the numbers. ICCU also still pays less then the competition. The benefits make up for most of it, but some of the positions are comparable to other positions locally.
