Pros

ICCU is an amazing place to work! The environment is great, benefits are very competitive, and it's a genuine place to build a career.

Cons

There is a particular Vice President that has climbed the corporate ladder because of their close connections with Executives that do not uphold the core values that ICCU stands for. This person does not lead by example in an uplifting and encouraging manner, but rather by fear. He frequently sets unrealistic standards for the multiple departments that he is over that do not coincide with the policies put in place by ICCU as a whole. Working under this person is extremely unnerving and stressful.

Pros

Family like environment, respectful treatment of team members from top to bottom, wonderful support in our roles, quality of environment and surroundings is top notch. Leadership is by far the greatest I've ever had the opportunity to work for. This truly becomes a "Career Dream" come true.

Cons

Absolutely none. Everything regardless if you run into any personal concerns or issues with work will be looked at in a way to support me and others.

ICCU is a unique place. You are always surrounded by people who truly love and care about you and your success whether that be you are a member or team member. I have never been part of a company that treats me as well as ICCU has. Every day i get to help our members achieve financial success and that is only one reason why i have great pride in working for ICCU and in my role as a FSO.

I cannot think of any cons to be honest.
