Pros

Your coworkers are generally good and if you're on a good contract that's good. They seem to succeed in spite of themselves

Cons

No professional development Everyone has to be sales No interest in doing and delivering excellence to the customer Look at the management structure, there's almost no female leadership at the top and that has been a conscious decision

Pros

The company does good work in so many industries

Cons

There are so many arms and little collaboration between them. Support can be hard to find if you don't know where to look. You have to be proactive to find help. It is not offered.
