Pros

The regular people (non leadership) and location, nothing else. Really there is no "pro" here, just the folks who are managers, developers, PMs and below are very nice.

Cons

Leadership sucks. They have no idea how to run a company. Go look at ICF Next's leadership - all white and they have been lets just use the "R" word. If you dont believe me, go to linked in, search for former ICF Next folks and ask them directly. There is no one left in the company and you may be just jumping from the frying pan to the fire. The whole company including ICF, ICF Next is a total disaster. Diversity and Inclusion' DOES NOT EXIST. Have you looked at their leadership??

Thank you for sharing your experience. We know that discussing sensitive issues like this can be challenging, and we appreciate any feedback to improve. Your accusations are serious. We hope you reported your complaints to our confidential hotline and discussed them with your HR Business Partner prior to leaving the company. We do wish you’d had the time to engage with our diversity and inclusion efforts before you moved on from ICF. Our CEO has publicly signed the CEO Action for Diversity, a commitment to undertaking the complex journey that promotes diversity and inclusion. We were also just recently ranked a top place to work for Diversity & Inclusion by Forbes based on employee feedback and dimensions of difference in our workforce. And our community networks are active and strong, which helps people find meaningful connections beyond their immediate team.

Pros

Some very hard-working employees that want to do well and looking for proper mentoring and guidance to get to the next level. PTO and benefits are decent. The work is rewording.

Cons

Very poor division leadership; politics are rewarded over those that perform. There are many managers who make decent salaries who literally contribute nothing to the company (they literally sit in their office or often don't come in and do nothing) due to politics and division leadership protecting Yes Men Senior Managers who cover for those individuals. The company does not invest wisely in technology to stay current in the marketplace. They have rebranded others' technologies and paid to put their name on it to market it to clients as their own. The company tends to be very short-term focused; only focused on the here and now as opposed to thinking strategically about the long term. This does not inspire confidence in employees who are looking for longer term careers with the company.
