      Pros

      It's an easy work from home job and there are great team leads & supervisors that help guide us. Equipment is provided. You can work up to 29 hours a week.

      Cons

      This job is not a stable source of income. They constantly cut work hours at random times. You can make your own schedule based on the times they have available, but you have to work 4 hours on the weekend.

      Thank you for providing your perspective. I am glad you found a work-life fit where you are able to work from home and have a team that challenges you along the way. Survey interviewer roles are usually part-time, and projects ebb and flow as do the hours needed to work on those projects. This is not the job for everyone, and it can be a great place to get your foot in the door to more opportunities – they promote managers from within. I encourage you to use the internal resources on the intranet to help guide you on growth opportunities if that is of interest. -- SS

      Lack of strategic vision for commercial acquisitions

      Smart, decent people throughout the organization.

      Cons

      Lack of strategic vision combined with the lack of strong execution internally resulted in constantly changing org charts and a runaway account management team bleeding the business with short-sighted, reactionary decisions.
