Pros

- fully remote - substantial PTO - opportunities to learn and grow - great health benefits

Cons

- Disconnected management communication flow - No work culture - Overworked at times (burnout) - Released me unexpectedly, without warning, after 3+ years with the company (due to a lack of work available)

Thank you for taking the time to outline your perspective. As an organization, we value passion, so we encourage our employees to speak up. Employee input shapes our strategies and helps move us all forward. There are a number of ways an employee can engage with our leaders—such as all-hands meetings, surveys, manager roundtables, focus groups, and listening sessions. We strongly encourage our employees to take part in quarterly Impact Conversations, two-way discussions where employees can discuss with their manager real-time challenges and opportunities. --- SS

Pros

I worked hard, but I also had a good work/life balance. Not much work on the weekends or at nights. I also loved many colleagues.

Cons

The pay was terrible; i should never have stayed so long there. Also, I had a problem with a colleague, and it was very hard to get HR to do anything about it. He wasn't let go until after I was long gone.

Thank you for your review. Happy to hear you had a good work/life balance. ICF benchmarks on an annual basis to keep its salaries and compensation fair and competitive. As we are in a business where we negotiate contracts with our clients and select projects that align with our values, salaries can depend on the budget of the client and assignments. --- SS

Pros

Remote work opportunity and average tenure is 10 plus years.

Cons

Average tenure is a huge barrier to success.
