Nice colleagues, terrible pay in UK and EU

Great work culture, friendly colleagues, good work-life balance

Cons

Pay is not competitive in the UK and EU, and not fair across different country schemes between UK, EU, US and Asia - local workers are taken advantage of based on the 'market' of acceptable lower wages - which is changing and not at all competitive based on skill - ICF losing top people.

As we are in a business where we negotiate contracts with our clients and select projects that align with our values, salaries can depend on the client's budget and assignments. Asking for more to meet your professional and personal life is not easy, and it can often take some time to make your case and achieve the desired goal.
