It's important to discuss and set reasonable expectations with the team early on - when should people expect to be online, what are the core hours of work, and what's the expectation of work in the short and long-term. Most contracts have a set number of hours that can be worked. If employees feel those boundaries are not respected, we encourage you to discuss with your manager.
