We annually benchmark salaries and compensation to ensure they are fair and competitive, and we also look at various ways to support our employees, including investing in additional employee benefits.

Negotiating the compensation package you desire is not easy. ICF annually audits its salaries and compensation against other industries to ensure they are fair and competitive. We invest in total compensation—including wellbeing, employee experience, and learning. If you're still not satisfied and would like to seek additional compensation, prepare for an impact conversation with your manager to discuss what's needed to get you there.
