      Pros

      -Pay is more than minimum wage -Have the opportunity to work on higher paying projects -Eventually can obtain health insurance

      Cons

      -Management had "favorites" -They seemed to treat the higher producing agents like they weren't important. The would constantly remove these agents from the higher paying projects to put them on normal paying projects. -People that would have been great at a higher position weren't given a chance if they weren't a "favorite"

      See No Evil, Speak No Evil, Hear No Evil

      Pros

      Comfortable and quiet office space that is conducive to working independently and collaborating with colleagues.

      Cons

      To some degree, humans will be humans, but I experienced a "tattle tale" culture at the office, whereby colleagues unfairly undermined and spoke ill of other employees. Complaints of staff misconduct were not taken seriously by HR despite a pattern of offensive behavior committed by some staff. Unfair treatment of employees due to inconsistent enforcement of policies was blatant.

In retrospect we wished you had partnered with a Human Resources Business Partner to address your concerns.

      Old school mentality; Old school ethics

      Pros

      Great group of people to work with. People work very hard

      Cons

      Management is set in their ways. Do not like change. Not up to par with other middle to large companies Too much politics Preferential treatment promotes people who agree with them over independent thinkers who express their opinions
