Pros

Lots to learn about a niche industry (corporate barter), and opportunity to interact with senior leadership at various company events throughout the year. Health insurance is good, though I know people get better in terms of their out-of-pocket cost. Not strict on arrival time (ie. can come in at 9:30 and many others doing the same).

Cons

Strict on what time you leave for the day, feels like management wants you to be there until the job is done, minimal bonuses paid, and sometimes no bonus at all and no communication from leadership about it. Leadership strict about being in the office 4 days a week minimum, but some roles have been hired as 100% remote, make it make sense.
