      Pros

      Pros: option to work from home. A good amount of PTO (about 16 days)

      Cons

      They said unlimited PTO but it’s not unlimited. You have to take a test about what you have learned with the company. This test happened once a year and you have to take about 2-3 tests. This can be a little annoying as this test determines if you get fired or not. The turnover rate is also high because of this.
