      Pros

      Good company to start at right out of college. The work/life balance is great, you rarely ever have to stay late. The people in entry level positions are young. Very social atmosphere.

      Cons

      Seems like there's no room for growth unless someone else leaves. Big company means they're set in their ways - no summer Fridays, very rare to have a dress down day, not very considerate during the winter when it comes to people who live far.

      Excellent work life environment, great benefits and a great work space. Lots of room for growth as demonstrated by the tenure of employees.

      Cons

      Location is a challenge. Traffic is daily and significant on 95.
