Pros

- big name clients, so you'll be kept busy - amazing work/life balance. Very rare to find anyone in the office past 5:30pm - offers training program to make sure employees know the media buying industry inside and out - great starting salary for recent grads (especially if you're brought on full time) - great perks and benefits: healthcare, company parties, free lunches and happy hours occasionally

Cons

if you're brought on as a temp, you're either going to enjoy or dislike the job. Not much projects/assignments are distributed until you become full time status

Disappointing

Pros

Smart, driven people who are really into their work. Excellent benefits and unique perks. Attractive offices. Convenient location. Lots of parties & social activities, especially for young singles.

Cons

Extreme arrogance of senior management. Major boys club! Gossipy & deceitful HR staff. Claim to be one of the best places to work in CT. I guess that is true if you like clique-y departments, sexual innuendo and smarter-than-thou attitudes.

Nice environment but not smart to stay too long.

Pros

-Good work life balance. -People are friendly, pretty young company for the most part except for senior management. -Decent benefits and some nice perks. -Work day is pretty relaxed. Full hour for lunch and not a lot of micromanagement. -Close to train.

Cons

-Pay is pretty low compared to similar positions elsewhere. -Growth opportunities are limited and seem to be based more on longevity than merit. -Doesnt feel like you're gaining a lot of useful skills. Lots of time to waste doing nothing. -No tuition reimbursement.
