- In office mandates - Poor benefits - Poor compensation - HR team is more chaotic and messy than a toddler - Entire company is chaotic. Things change daily.

Pros

Fulfilling mission and drive to achieve. My team has been easy to work with and understanding. Ramps up at times but for good reasons. Working under experienced folks in my department and learning a lot. Company has good benefits.

Cons

For a startup, the equity compensation is limited and doesn't add much additional motivation. Still working on putting processes in place to start to automate back office work but still challenging.
