      The people in HR are very professional and persistent.

      Cons

      The Managers and Directors are very LAZY! If you submit something to them it takes over four weeks to get a response. And the quality of the response is even Worse!!! Do not waste your time applying to ICW Group!!!

      Safe, clean working environment. Benefits and flexible working hours. Some pretty darn wonderful people.

      Cons

      Newer building for claims feels more like a sales boiler room amplifying voices and creating an uncomfortable work environment. Supervisors lacking the knowledge and substance needed to create a team environment. Managers creating a hostile work environment between teams and departments. Pay extremely low and raises not based upon actual performance. Top performers overlooked for years when being considered for promotional positions. Immature supervisors and managers whose behavior lacks professionalism and intelligence needed to successfully guide employees and create a stimulating and productive work environment.
