      Pros

      Some nice coworkers. Business is stable and growing. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Poor leadership and micromanagement, work-life balance, pay, career advancement, lack of developmental opportunity, unrealistic expectations/workloads, constant turnover and issues with staffing/resources. Lack of culture and most people seemed or spoke about being unhappy. I would be very cautious is considering employment at ICW Group.

      Pros

      Great benefits, the atmosphere doesn't feel stressful. Offers remote working depending on position, and they feed their employees on their dime. The majority of the base-level workforce is easy going and comfortable to work with.

      Cons

      The atmosphere doesn't "feel" stressful at first, but once you're accustomed you will find the company operates on a fear-based model. Many in management will preach about taking ownership but repeatedly dodge responsibility. There is no synergy between departments, and everyone wants to pass the buck or the blame. They will say working here is like being part of a family, but there are only a handful of leaders who truly have their team members back Many in management are either yes wo/men or condescending.

      Pros

      Mostly great people to work with and stable company.

      Cons

      Back to the office with 100% population with no work from home or flex schedules when many companies are offering this. No brainer to look at other companies improving their policies and helping employees work life balance instead of digging in to the past ways. Pizza and ice cream won't cover up the fact that a lot of employees don't want to be in a loud, overcrowded cube farm like they were before
