Pros

People are nice superficially Decent office buildings

Cons

The workplace culture treats employees as doormats while clients are expected to be waited on hand and foot. No employee stock program. No management development/entry level supervisor training program. Absolutely no DEI initiatives whatsoever. Twelve-hour workdays just to keep the KPIs within bare-minimum expectations. My manager preferred to spend time padding her own resume and project experience rather than advocating for/procuring resources for our unit. If you've ever worked for a company which thinks pizza parties fix everything - this is one such company.

Pros

Kevin Prior is great . Co-workers were also great within my department.

Cons

Be aware to ask a lot of questions about flexibility in your interview, some managers will be your worst nightmare if you don't like to be micromanaged. Having worked elsewhere since COVID happened I am still astonished at the lack of understanding and micromanagement. You will be told what time exactly to start and end your day, managed to your messenger availability and overall not trusted to do your job well. If you want to be involved in the employee planning committee that will need to be your lunch break that day, even though it helps you to network and the meetings are at 10am. If you want a balanced family life do not talk about getting your kids from school or family appointments as you will need to take hourly time off to do so, even though you are salaried. You will also spend much of your time explaining your work to your manager and less of your time actually doing it. Be warned its a great company, but get granular in your interview about how you will be managed and ask lots of questions about autonomy.

Pros

Standard industry benefits found in all other related market entities

Cons

Overworked staff due to high turnover and low retention rate. Expect to perform the roles of 2 or more people to keep up with expectations and evaluations (applicants and new hires be advise, prepare to get sandbagged). Little to no time to take advantage of above benefits as a day missed can accrue a weeks work of backloaded work. You will not be compensated accurately for your increased output and in essence feel used. Sentiment is slave wages for increased labor without appropriate return for increased work. Company does not have the facilities to train efficiently. New hires constantly unable to understand roles, responsibilities, protocol etc, due to lack of support. Downward spiral.
